WORK I enjoy helping clients get great new ideas and realize them. I also connect ideas into organizations and people to each other when I facilitate brainstorms and workshops, perform product and service explorations, define and launch internal processes, coach teams in best practices, and benchmark and improve their offer's technology and user experience. My experience crosses many industries and is heavy with innovation, design and engineering. Currently I travel moderately for work - to Ireland, Asia, and along the West Coast (US). PLAY I like to be sporty, engage in installation art and painting, eat up new and inspiring books, film, music and performance.. and foods.

Prototype your way to Real

When project managing for innovation and change, three important steps are getting great inspiration, having an effective idea generation session, and then moving your ideas forward with prototyping. Consider your personal and organizational prototyping practices: do you prototype across a wide range of levels, from rough to real? Do you prototype both your tangible and intangible concepts, as you might for service design and organizational change? Take a look at the following post to imagine your path this year on what and how to prototype – for yourself or across your company.
