I love to make people's worklife more valuable to them, to their employers, to those they are supposed to add value to; and to the larger community of humankind. I do that every way I can: as a PMP; as a coach; doing process re-engineering; doing strategic planning; a lot of organization change -- anything, in any way that will help. I've got an MBA from Stanford so people believe I can understand numbers and business -- and I guess I can. I've got all sorts of certifications and that helps me pass an initial screening. But first and last, I want to make worklife a joy!
